WARRANTY POLICY
What We Cover
Riverborn guarantees that our products are free from defects in workmanship and material for a 1-year period. We do our best to select high quality materials and components that meet our quality standards, but even the best materials have a lifespan and will eventually degrade.
What We Do Not Cover
The outdoors is a fun but naturally harsh environment for gear. As such we cannot cover:
- Normal wear and tear such as discoloration due to exposure to natural elements
- Rips, tears and abrasion from contact with tackle, human-made objects or the natural environment
- Products getting wet – unless stated as waterproof in the technical specifications
- Accidental or intentional damage to products
- Loss or damage to fishing equipment or other goods while using our products
Please maintain safety and balance at all times. Ensure the user, bag and fishing equipment are in a stable condition always. A bag loaded with equipment may be heavy or change the users balance in operation.
How do I make a warranty claim?
It’s easy! Reach out to our customer service team with photos and a description of your item to confirm that it is eligible for a warranty claim, then submit your claim by emailing support@riverborn.co. Please note the Riverborn warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase from an official authorized retailer.

Warranty Shipping Policy
Charges for shipping and insuring packages to Riverborn are the customers’ responsibility. Riverborn is not responsible for items lost in transit. We strongly recommend that you ship your package via UPS, FedEx or USPS with a tracking number. Please keep your tracking information until the warranty claim process is complete. Riverborn will cover the shipping costs to send replacements or repaired items back to customers.
