Free Shipping  

Riverborn offers free shipping to all orders shipped to US addresses, including Alaska and Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO, FPO and DPO addresses.

• Orders are usually fulfilled within 1-2 business days of being placed (Monday - Friday) and cannot be canceled once processed. 

• Shipping times vary depending on when your order was placed, the shipping carrier, and shipping address. 

When utilizing our free shipping you can expect items to arrive approximately: 

AZ, CA, NV, UT:  3 - 4 Days 

CO, ID, NM, OK, OR, TX, WA, WY:  4 - 5 Days  

Al, AR, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, SD, N, VA, VT, WI, WV: 5-7 Days 

APO, FPO, DPO: 4-5 Days 

AK, GU, HI, PR: 7-14 Days

• For certain locations, such as military APO/FPO, P.O. Box, Puerto Rico and Guam, only Priority Mail shipping is available. 

• The shipping carrier for your order will be determined by the delivery destination. Possible shipping carriers include UPS, FedEx and USPS. All of these carriers offer comprehensive tracking and insured delivery. 

Riverborn reserves the right to refuse the shipment of any order. If delivery to a hotel is requested, the customer assumes all liability for the package upon proof of delivery. A release of liability will be requested in the order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation. Abandoned packages are not eligible for retrieval or refund. 

International Shipping 

At this time, Riverborn is unable to ship internationally to countries outside of the United States. You may add your name to our international customer waitlist by emailing: International@riverborn.co with your name and country that you live in.
