Shipping

Riverborn ships to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and APO, FPO and DPO addresses.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. From time to time we offer free shipping as a promotion. When we do, it will be stated clearly at checkout and applies only for the duration of that promotion.

Orders are usually fulfilled within 1 to 2 business days of being placed, Monday through Friday, and cannot be canceled once processed.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on when your order was placed, the carrier, and the destination. The following are estimates only and may vary.

AZ, CA, NV, UT: 3 to 4 days

CO, ID, NM, OK, OR, TX, WA, WY: 4 to 5 days

AL, AR, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, VA, VT, WI, WV: 5 to 7 days

APO, FPO, DPO: 4 to 5 days

AK, GU, HI, PR: 7 to 14 days

Carriers

The carrier for your order is determined by the delivery destination. Possible carriers include UPS, FedEx and USPS. All of these carriers offer comprehensive tracking and insured delivery.

For certain destinations, including military APO and FPO addresses, P.O. Boxes, Puerto Rico and Guam, only Priority Mail shipping is available.

Other Conditions

Riverborn reserves the right to refuse the shipment of any order. If delivery to a hotel is requested, the customer assumes all liability for the package upon proof of delivery, and a release of liability will be requested in the order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped it is not eligible for cancellation. Abandoned packages are not eligible for retrieval or refund.

International Shipping

At this time Riverborn ships within the United States only. You may add your name to our international waitlist by emailing International@riverborn.co with your name and the country you live in.
