Shipping policy

Free Shipping  

Riverborn offers free shipping to all orders shipped to US addresses, including Alaska and Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO, FPO and DPO addresses.   

  • Orders are usually fulfilled within 1-2 business days of being placed (Monday - Friday) and cannot be canceled once processed. 
  • Shipping times vary depending on when your order was placed, the shipping carrier, and shipping address. 
  • For certain locations, such as military APO/FPO, P.O. Box, Puerto Rico and Guam, only Priority Mail shipping is available. 
  • The shipping carrier for your order will be determined by the delivery destination. Possible shipping carriers include UPS, FedEx and USPS. All of these carriers offer comprehensive tracking and insured delivery. 

Riverborn reserves the right to refuse the shipment of any order. If delivery to a hotel is requested, the customer assumes all liability for the package upon proof of delivery. A release of liability will be requested in the order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation. Abandoned packages are not eligible for retrieval or refund. 

Shipping to Canada 

Riverborn offers shipping to Canada. To view shipping rates to Canada, place items in the shopping cart. In the "Calculate Shipping" box, select your country then click on the arrow to view the available rates. These shipping rates do not include custom fees or import charges that may be incurred when the package enters your country for delivery.

Riverborn has no control over any customs or import duties that may be charged when the order reaches the Canada. As much as we would love for this not to be the case, there is nothing we can do about the customs laws. The customer is soley responsible for duties and tariffs incurred for orders shipped to Canada. In addition, there may be delays resulting from the custom clearance process. Riverborn advises that you check The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) prior to purchase. 

If any Canadian order is refused upon delivery for any reason, all customs and duty charges will be billed to you by Riverborn. Once a package enters your country, these charges are not reversible whether the package is delivered to you or not. 

Riverborn will not issue a credit or refund in cases where packages are not delivered due to non-payment of fees, refusal or abandonment. 

International Shipping 

At this time, Riverborn is unable to ship internationally to countries outside of the United States and Canada. You may add your name to our international customer waitlist by emailing: International@riverborn.co with your name and country that you live in.
