Try any Riverborn product risk free with our 30-day money back guarantee. If you do not enjoy it for any reason, get in contact with our customer service, return your item and we will give you 100% of your money back, provided you follow the conditions below.

To Claim Your Money-Back Guarantee:

You must have purchased the item directly from Riverborn.co. Riverborn items purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with that retailer's own returns and refunds policy.

If the item is a gift, the original purchaser must be the claimant and the sole recipient of any possible refund.

Items must be in as-new condition that allows them to be enjoyed fully by the next customer, with all accessories and inserts included.

Soiled, torn, stained, marred and otherwise damaged items are not eligible.

Please send pictures of multiple views of each item for a return authorization, and only send an item to us after a return authorization has been provided.

All items are subject to a physical inspection by our staff and approval for the final refund.

The guarantee is effective for 30 days from the date of delivery. All applications must be submitted within that window.

We reserve the right to reject a refund if we are not satisfied, acting reasonably, with the supporting evidence you provide to us.

Shipping and postage costs incurred as a result of the return are the responsibility of the claimant and will not be refunded.

Holiday Returns

Orders placed between November 1 and December 31, 2026 may be returned through January 31, 2027. If your standard 30-day window from delivery ends later than January 31, 2027, the longer window applies. You always receive at least the full 30 days from delivery.

Returning Your Item

We advise returning items via trackable mail. We cannot guarantee that all returned items will reach us unless they are tracked. Charges for shipping and insuring packages to Riverborn are the customer's responsibility. Riverborn is not responsible for items lost in transit.

You can expect a full refund of the purchase price to the original form of payment 7 to 14 days from Riverborn receiving your return. It may take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card statement.

Exchange Policy

We are not able to accommodate exchanges. You may return your item for a full refund and place a new order. The return must take place within the 30-day return window.

Price Adjustment Policy

If your item goes on sale after purchase, we are unable to price adjust or price match the difference between the original purchase price and the sale price. If your item meets the as-new criteria listed above, you may return it for a full refund within the return window.
